ordered will be shipped by USPS or UPS Ground as appropriate. Orders
are filled within three (3) business days of receiving payment.
Because of the nature of the products, returns are not accepted. If
the product is damaged in shipment, please contact us within ten (10)
days of shipment with a written request for refund and proof of damage
(clear pictures of the damage will suffice as proof). You will be
asked to return the damaged product and once received, replacement
products will be sent to you free of shipping charges.
